Rescheduling or Canceling a Lesson Effective Date: 10/02/2025 At RoniHebrew.com, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To keep things fair and flexible for everyone, here’s how cancellations and rescheduling are handled:
Rescheduling or Canceling a Lesson
- 24 Hours or More Before the Lesson: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you can do so directly through the booking system at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Between 24 and 12 Hours Before the Lesson: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 12 hours before your lesson can also be handled through the booking system and are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less Than 12 Hours Before the Lesson: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson, or missing the lesson without prior notice, are non-refundable.
